We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Average is 2 weeks or sooner but depending on demand and availability it can take up to 8 weeks. We generally ship much sooner but as demand increases we aren't always able to ship out within 3 days as we once were. As always, just let us know if it's a special occasion and we will try to rush it out.
We currently offer $5.00 flat rate shipping on all retail orders.
If a package is "undeliverable" per USPS but has been sent to the address provided to us, we cannot be held responsible. We will do everything we can to locate the package or notify you once it is returned to us. We are no longer able to send a replacement package out until the first one is returned to us.
